Whole Wheat Lemon Blueberry Greek Yogurt Muffins!

Pancakes and peanut butter are my two guilty pleasures and the thought of the two of them together makes my mouth water. I finally figured out a way to eat my favorite things in a healthy way, and thank goodness, because I eat these delicious banana egg pancakes at least 3 times a week.
