Whole Wheat Lemon Blueberry Greek Yogurt Muffins!


For the most part, I’m a big believer in smoothies for breakfast. They’re packed with a ton of healthy fruits and veggies and really provide a great start to your day. But, occasionally I wake up on the weekend and all I want is coffee and something loaded with carbs and sugar. We all have our flaws; I’m only human y’all. I’ve started making healthy baked goods over the weekend to have them around as treats throughout the week and it kind of feels like I’m cheating when I reach for a muffin at 3 in the afternoon. This recipe is packed with healthy carbs, protein, and natural sweeteners with plenty of fruity, spring time flavors to brighten up your day!


Peanut Butter Banana Egg Pancakes

Pancake5 I don’t know about you guys, but breakfast is by far my favorite meal of the day. I look forward to the smell of the coffee brewing and the soft light peaking through my windows as I cook in my pajamas. Pancakes and peanut butter are my two guilty pleasures and the thought of the two of them together makes my mouth water. I finally figured out a way to eat my favorite things in a healthy way, and thank goodness, because I eat these delicious banana egg pancakes at least 3 times a week.
